As photographer ,I work with a lot off beautifull woman,large and small...I'm always the first to say...you look great and to give a lot off peptalk...
But I haven't respect for my own body...a diet of chocolat,Cola,sugarbars,Red bull and 20 hours a day on my PC for work..is not good for my body...!
So...my first promise off 2009...!!!Move again !!!
On holiday...running on the beach and after holiday... 1 hour a day at the sportclub !
A big ass=Ok! ...but a fat ass=Not Ok !
To everybody happy end off the year...and see you next year !
